All fire sprinkler work performed by personnel provided by 369 Fire Staffing is done under the supervision, licensing, and responsibility of the hiring fire protection contractor or general contractor. The hiring entity remains solely responsible for all permits, plans, materials, inspections, warranties, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
369 Fire Staffing functions as a labor and staffing provider and is not responsible for system design, product selection, final system performance, or acceptance by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
